EZ Lawn and Landscape, LLC has been in business since 2014. From 2014 to 2017, we were known as “EZ Lawn Care,” and we operated on a part-time basis. In 2017, God began transitioning our business down a full-time path. Being a family-oriented business, we believe in providing high-quality services combined with excellent customer service at fair and reasonable prices! Together, Cody and Sammy have built this business based on a foundation of honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, customer service and quality services.
From logging to lawn care, Cody has always loved working outdoors, and he takes fulfillment in the appearance of the properties we serve. With an extensive background in small business management, Sammy puts her skills to work in the office. Together, Cody and Sammy have two daughters, Harley and Aubrey, as well as two dogs Macey and Milo. We come from a long line of successful family-owned small businesses. We are proud to continue this legacy of entrepreneurship instilled in us by our late great-grandfather, Herman Gordon Hall. Mr. Hall owned and operated Halls Logging for over 30 years in Evington, VA. Cody’s mother, Susan Hall, is the owner of a towing business known as Dragon Recovery and she is also the co-owner of S&M Shed Adventures, both of which are located in Rustburg, VA. Cody’s oldest sister, Cadie Garrett, works alongside Susan in their business. Cody’s youngest sister, Angela Hall, owns a local hair salon in Rustburg, VA, known as Beauty by Angela! We are looking forward to seeing how our next generation of entrepreneurs will serve our community.

We are looking for a dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. We are seeking someone with several years experience who can hit the ground running on our mowing crew and rotate between our mowing and project crew as needed.
Responsibilities include maintaining the aesthetic appeal of private and corporate client properties, mowing, planting, spring cleanup, trimming hedges and trees, edging, landscape installation, leaf removal and snow removal, etc. We provide a very high quality work for our customers. and prior experience is a must.
Monday through Friday typical work schedule. Weekend work may be required due to weather conditions and work schedule. Hours vary from 8-12 hours per day with total weekly hours 40-45 per week.
We are seeking several great all-around specialists to help grow the business with professionalism, honesty, and quality work for which we are known for. We ask for serious candidates and ones who meet our requirements to only apply. We are a drug free workplace and the area no exceptions.
We are a non-smoking company. Smoking is not permitted in our trucks or on our clients properties.
